At PlanPostPro, we take pride in the quality of our content planning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Digital Service Nature

Because our Services are custom-built and delivered digitally, all sales are generally considered final once work has begun on your content plan. We invest significant time and expertise into each client's deliverables immediately after purchase.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • You purchased a package but we have not yet begun work on your content plan and you cancel within 48 hours of purchase.

  • We fail to deliver your content plan within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase (excluding delays caused by late or incomplete intake information from you).

  • The delivered content plan is materially incomplete or does not reflect the package you purchased, and we are unable to remedy the issue within 5 business days of your complaint.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after we have begun work on your plan.

  • You did not provide intake information on time, resulting in delayed delivery.

  • You are dissatisfied with content performance on social media after implementing the plan (results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, posting consistency, and audience factors).

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery of your completed content plan.

4. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request a revision. Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions. If you are unhappy with your deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase

  • Your order date and package purchased

  • A clear description of the issue or reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be disputed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
